1. Logo Design

• Unlimited revisions are offered during the initial design phase.
• Once the final design is approved, no refunds will be issued.
• Any defects or errors discovered within 15 days of delivery will be corrected at no additional cost.

2. Business Card, Invoice, Flyer, Postcard & Brochure Design and Printing

• Unlimited revisions are provided during the design phase.
• Refunds are not applicable once the final design is approved.
• If printing defects occur, we will replace or rectify them within 15 days at no additional cost.

3. T-Shirt, Hoodie & Cap Design and Printing

• Due to the custom nature of these products, refunds are not available once the design has been finalized and approved.
• Printing or embroidery defects will be corrected within 15 days at no additional cost.

4. Website Design & Development

• Refunds are not applicable once the website design is approved and development has commenced.
• Any bugs or technical issues identified within 30 days after launch will be resolved at no additional cost.

5. Content Creation

• Refunds are not provided once content has been delivered and approved.
• Corrections to errors or defects will be addressed within 15 days.

6. Marketing Services

• Monthly marketing services are non-refundable.
• Clients may cancel future services at any time.
• Necessary revisions to delivered materials will be made within 15 days.

7. SEO Services

• Monthly SEO services are non-refundable.
• Clients may cancel future services at any time.
• We guarantee ongoing optimization efforts; however, search ranking improvements typically require a minimum of 3 months, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

8. Facebook Ads & Google Ads

• Refunds are not applicable once ad campaigns have been launched.
• Performance-related issues or discrepancies will be reviewed and addressed within 15 days.

ORCAWEBS LLC is not responsible for errors in printing services once the client has approved the final proof. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all materials before production begins.
